These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering the Summer Giveaway promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged over 16 years (“Participants”). Employees and agents of Dixons Carphone, agents and anyone else affiliated with the Promotion are excluded, including members of their immediate families.
2. Only one entry per person per week. A Participant may not enter on behalf of someone else. The Promoter reserves the right to request such information as it considers reasonably necessary or desirable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility or validity of an entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

To enter this promotion, Participants are required to purchase a specific handset within a specific date range, as outlined below, from Carphone Warehouse online, instore or via our call centre during the promotional period. Theme 1: Handset purchase: Sony Xperia XA1 or Sony Xperia L1. Purchase date range: 23.05.2018-05.06.2018. Redemption date range: 23.05.2018-19.06.2018. For an equal opportunity to receive a prize in our Summer Giveaway, please send your name, email address and prize draw theme by post to Carphone Warehouse Summer Giveaway, PO Box 125, Brambleside, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 5UZ and we will send you a Unique Reference Code for you to enter into the specified prize draw theme. This code can be used on the website in the same way as purchasing customers. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all postal entries are received at least 24hrs before the prize theme purchase end date and to then enter their code on time in accordance with the redemption dates above. Standard postal charges will apply; please ensure your entry is correctly stamped. NPN entries via post will be restricted to one postal entry per household per week.
6. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.

8. The prizes will be awarded to valid entries via a prize draw of each theme. The draw will be conducted by an independent 3rd party.
9. Entrants will be notified via email 48hrs after the respective draw date if they have won. Prizes will not be awarded in respect of products that are returned before 31 July 2018 inclusive, and for which the participant receives a full refund (unless the product is faulty, this clause does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), in which case we will be entitled to disqualify a winner and/or claim back any prize issued.
10. Each entrant can receive/win only one prize during the Promotion. Prize(s) to be awarded consist of: Theme 1: 1,461x vouchers for a pair of Odeon Cinema standard seat tickets valid for 6 months from 23.05.2018 and can be used online and in the box office. Once the booking has been completed you will receive a booking confirmation email. To collect your tickets at the ticket machine you will need to enter the booking reference contained in the booking confirmation email. 10.3 Box office redemption: To use your ODEON voucher code to purchase your ODEON tickets at the box office print the email including your voucher code and give it this to the cinema box office. 10.4 Voucher codes cannot be redeemed at ticket machines but tickets can be collected at ticket machines if the tickets are booked online. 10.5 Not valid for Premier, Club, D-Box or any other premium priced seating. 11. The winners of the Samsung 55” QLED TV (QE55Q8CAMT) prize will be contacted by the phone number they provided by 20.07.2018 to confirm delivery of their prize. Delivery of these prizes will be to the winner’s home address no sooner than 20.07.2018.
12. Once verified against qualifying purchases, those who have redeemed the pair of Odeon Cinema Tickets will receive their tickets within 48hrs of redemption to the email address they provided.
13. The recipients of the replica Stadium or Retro national football shirt will be notified within 7 working days of uploading their claim to the email address they provided. Supply and delivery of the Gift is subject to Kitbag.com terms of service and supply. Kitbag.com shall be solely responsible for any warranty claims relating to the Gift.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
15. If the Promoter does not receive agreement for the Samsung 55” QLED TV (QE55Q8CAMT) prize delivery within 14 working days of the draw date, the prize may be withdrawn.
16. All prize winners’ details will be passed onto a third party for purposes relating to the administration and delivery of prizes.
17. Non-winners (including NI NPN non-winners) will receive an email confirming an automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw. Theme winners and those redeeming the Odeon Cinema tickets promotion will not be entered. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted on 19.07.2018 by an independent 3rd party. The prize for the Grand Prize Draw is both prizes from Theme 1 and 2, made up of: 1x Pair Odeon Cinema tickets, 1x Samsung 55” QLED TV (QE55Q8CAMT) as well as 1x JBL Bluetooth Headphones (T450BT). The winner will be notified by the email and/or by the phone number they provided within 2 working days of the draw being held. Delivery of the prize bundle will be to the winner’s home address and email address by 31.07.2018. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. You do not need to do anything to be entered into the Grand Prize Draw if you have entered a Theme draw.
18. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. There is no cash alternative and each prize is non-refundable.
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this promotion.
20. Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner.
21. The full name and county of the prize winners will be available upon written request to the address above by 31.08.2018.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances or reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
23. This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

25. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent.
